The Horn X2 is a complete horn-loaded high-frequency system with an integrated 2-way crossover, designed to take over your speaker's treble and upper midrange — cleanly, confidently, and without the usual DIY headaches.

How It Works

The Horn X2 connects directly to your amp and takes over everything above ~2kHz using its built-in high-pass and low-pass filters. It completely replaces your tweeter (yes, even if your speaker already has one), delivering clarity, control, and dynamic energy that traditional tweeters can’t match.

Already have a tweeter?
We electronically “decapitate” it at 2kHz and take over — simple as that.

• Beyma CD171 FE/PK compression driver with ketone polymer diaphragm
• Hand-oiled 3/4" American walnut plinth (other woods available)
• 6061 aluminum horn mounting plate
• Integrated crossover with Mundorf EVO OIL caps, Jantzen inductors, Solen or Auricap XO options
• Adjustable L-pad for matching sensitivity to your woofer

• High-pass filter (1st-order) and low-pass filter (2nd-order) built in

• Infinitely variable attenuation (108 dB down to 85 dB)
• Crossover frequency adjustable via resistor/cap changes (you can request specific values or ask for help)

🔌 How to Use It

1. Set the Horn X2 on top of your existing speaker or DIY cabinet
2. Connect your amp to the center terminals on the rear
3. Connect the outer terminals to your woofer
