A self-contained horn engine that takes over everything above ~1.65 kHz. It replaces your tweeter and your crossover in one complete module. Compared to the original Horn X2, the PRO adds:

1. Will the Horn X2 PRO work with my speakers?
Yes. It works with nearly any speaker that has a woofer and tweeter — including 2-way, 3-way, even 5-way designs. It bypasses your tweeter and takes over above ~1650 Hz with its internal crossover. No cabinet mods required.
2. Do I need to modify or remove my existing tweeter?
No. The Horn X2 PRO overrides your existing tweeter electronically. Place it on top, connect the wires, and the built-in crossover does the rest.
3. Does it replace my speaker’s crossover?
Yes — it replaces the high-frequency section. Horn X2 PRO includes a full high-pass for the horn and a low-pass to block treble from reaching your woofer. The swap is clean and external.
4. What kind of amp do I need?
Any stereo amp will work. With 108 dB sensitivity, Horn X2 PRO is a dream match for tube amps, Class A designs, low-watt amps, and solid-state gear alike.
5. Can I adjust the horn volume or crossover point?
Yes. The built-in L-pad adjusts horn level, and the plug-in capacitor system lets you select between Chebyshev-like (~2100 Hz), Butterworth (~1650 Hz), Bessel-like (~1350 Hz), or virtually any hybrid HP voicing you desire. We configure it for you at shipping, but you can experiment later if desired.
6. Can I build a full speaker with this?
