Returns

We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. Because each product is built to order, returns are handled with care and clarity.

Return Authorization

All returns require an approved RA# (Return Authorization Number). Returns without an RA# will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This reflects the labor, materials, and time invested in small-batch production — and helps ensure that returns are reserved for genuine issues, not casual trials.

Condition of Returned Products

All items must be returned in pristine condition, in their original packaging, with all accessories and components included. Any damage to cabinetry, horns, drivers, crossover components, finish, or packaging will be assessed and deducted from the refund amount as needed.

Return Shipping
Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost or damaged in transit.

Inspection & Refunds

Refunds are issued only after inspection and acceptance of the returned product. Most refunds appear within 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
