Product Availability

All products are built to order. Lead times may vary based on parts availability. We reserve the right to update product details, pricing, or availability at any time.

Component & Cosmetic Substitutions

Shinjitsu Audio reserves the right to make cosmetic or component substitutions when necessary. Wood grain, finish tone, and natural material characteristics may vary from piece to piece. Internal components such as resistors, capacitors, wiring, or mounting hardware may be substituted with equal or superior parts if original items are unavailable or delayed by suppliers.

Any substitution will meet or exceed the performance specification of the original design and will never negatively affect sound quality, reliability, or safety. These variations are normal in small-batch production and are not considered defects.

Orders & Payment

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is processed and confirmation is sent. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates. Delays caused by carriers or customs are beyond our control. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

Returns

Returns require an authorized RA#. A 20% restocking fee applies, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Products must be returned in pristine condition in original packaging. Refunds are issued after inspection.

Warranty

Your purchase includes our standard warranty, which covers manufacturing defects but not misuse, modifications, or damage caused by improper handling or setup.

Intellectual Property

All images, designs, product descriptions, and written content are the property of Shinjitsu Audio and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Shinjitsu Audio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to equipment compatibility issues, setup errors, or loss of use.
