Shipping Information

All products are built to order. Lead times are currently 30 business days, barring any delays caused by back-ordered components from our suppliers.

You will be notified when your order is ready to ship, or if an unexpected delay occurs due to circumstances beyond our control. Once your build is completed, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment from our workshop to your home.

Upon receipt, you will have a 30-day trial period to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

International shipping is available to the EU, UK, and Australia at a flat rate. Please contact us for details — we will provide the current rate and delivery expectations for your region.
