Shinjitsu Audio offers a lifetime warranty on all electrical components, including crossovers, wiring, compression drivers, and associated electronics, provided they have not been subjected to misuse. Misuse includes but is not limited to: overdriving the system, amplifier clipping, blown voice coils, physical damage to components, improper wiring, or operating the product outside its intended specifications.

If misuse is determined, the warranty becomes void. However, we will still make replacement components available upon request at a reasonable cost.

Cabinetry is not covered under warranty. Cabinet damage caused by handling, impact, moisture, environmental conditions, or customer modifications is not warrantied. If cabinet repair or replacement is needed, we can provide guidance or optional paid repair services when possible.
